Agreement

These terms govern your use of elevatecareer.io and its subdomains, including cv.elevatecareer.io and tools.elevatecareer.io (together, “the website”), operated by Elevate Management and Services Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

What the website is

The website provides information about the Elevate Career advisory practice, analytical articles, diagnostic and assessment tools, and the ability to request a Strategy Session or subscribe to the Intelligence Briefing.

Advisory engagements with Elevate Career are governed by separate written agreements. Nothing on the website, and no diagnostic or assessment result, creates an advisory or professional relationship between you and us.

Diagnostics and assessments

The diagnostic tools, the Executive CV Assessment, and similar features produce results based on the information you provide. They are designed to be genuinely useful, and they are general in nature: they are not a substitute for advice tailored to your full circumstances, and they are not a commitment that any particular outcome will follow. Decisions you take based on them remain your own.

Intellectual property

The website’s content — including articles, frameworks, assessment structures, branding, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except for sharing links to the website.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website unlawfully or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the website.
• Provide accurate information in forms and uploads, and only upload documents you have the right to share.

Third-party services

Booking runs through a third-party scheduling provider, and the website links to external sites such as LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
