The admission process. Four steps. Approximately six weeks.
Read the four pages in this section before submitting. The admission process rewards preparation.
Expression of Interest
A short written submission — three paragraphs, no formal prompts. Tell us who you are, what you have built, and why you are considering this now. The quality of the submission is the first signal we read.
Timeline: Response within 5 business days.
Initial Conversation
A 45-minute direct conversation with Cyrille Gossé or a senior advisor. Exploratory, not a competency interview. Both parties are assessing fit — not performing for each other.
Timeline: Within 2 weeks of submission.
Methodology Deep Dive
A 2–3 hour structured session covering the full methodology — part presentation, part dialogue. The point at which both parties assess the depth of the fit, the quality of the practitioner’s market intelligence, and the readiness to train.
Timeline: Within 3 weeks of initial conversation.
Admission Decision
A clear decision, communicated directly, with full reasoning. If not admitted, told exactly why. The practice does not issue vague deferrals or non-committal feedback.
Timeline: Within 1 week of deep dive.
This is not a sales process. It is an admission process.
