The admission process

Four steps. Approximately six weeks from expression of interest to admission decision. At every stage, both parties are evaluating fit — not just the practice evaluating the candidate.

This is not a sales process. It is an admission process.

01

Expression of interest

A short written submission: who you are, what you have built professionally, and why you are considering this now. No formal prompts, no CV required, no lengthy application form. Three paragraphs is enough — the quality of thinking matters more than the volume of it.

Response within 5 business days.

02

Initial conversation

A 45-minute conversation with Cyrille Gosse or a senior advisor. Exploratory — not a competency interview. The purpose is mutual: to understand whether the fit is worth pursuing further, and to answer any questions the professional has about the practice before committing more time to the process.

Scheduled within 2 weeks of expression of interest.

03

Methodology deep dive

A 2 to 3 hour structured session covering the full Elevate Career methodology — part presentation, part dialogue. This is where the training curriculum is covered in detail, the commercial framework is discussed in full, and both parties develop a clear picture of what the working relationship would actually look like.

Scheduled within 3 weeks of the initial conversation.

04

Admission decision

A clear decision communicated directly — with full reasoning in both directions. If admitted, next steps and timeline are confirmed. If not admitted, the reasons are stated precisely. The practice does not leave professionals uncertain about where they stand.

Within 1 week of the methodology deep dive.

Submit your expression of interest

Three questions. No word limits, no format requirements. Write as you would to a peer — the quality of thinking matters more than the presentation of it.

There is no deadline. There is no volume target.

There is a standard — and when the right professional meets it, the practice moves quickly.
