Meet Cyrille Gossé, the Founder of ElevateCareer
Born and raised in the breathtaking French Alps near Lake Annecy, Coach Cyrille Gossé grew up surrounded by nature, dreaming of becoming a mountain guide. However, life had other plans, leading him on a 30-year journey across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. Like many of his clients, his career path has been anything but linear, filled with opportunities to grow, adapt, and pivot.
For decades, he has collaborated with companies of all sizes, from SMEs to Fortune 500 leaders, completing hundreds of executive search assignments across various industries. Through this experience, he has gained invaluable insights and built trust with thousands of executives facing pivotal career decisions.
His tenure as a headhunter and career transition expert with Adecco, Templar, and LHH, along with founding PeopleSource, a successful executive search boutique, provided him with a deep understanding of the hiring process from both candidate and employer perspectives. He often witnessed talented executives missing out on incredible opportunities due to misconceptions about what employers truly seek.
This frustration prompted his shift from headhunter to career coach—a transformational journey. Today, he has discovered his ikigai - his true purpose. His mission is clear: to eradicate burnout by 2050.
Cyrille believes that every Executive deserves the tools and confidence to take control of their career, escape toxic environments, and create the fulfilling life they desire.
